AAH Rewards for Loyalty Club

Angel Animal hospital is pleased to offer a Rewards for Loyalty program to our Clients who grant us the priviledge of providing their pet's healthcare. You can now earn Loyalty Club points on most products and services purchased at our hospital for your pet. All you need to do is complete a short AAH Rewards for Loyalty Club enrollment form and you can start earning points on your purchases.  AAH Rewards Cards are available at our front desk, just ask our friendly staff for assistance. If you prefer, please print and complete the enrollment form before you arrive to save yourself a little time.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Complete and sign an AAH Rewards for Loyalty Club Enrollment form and present to the reception staff at Angel Animal Hospital.
  2. Earn 1% back in Club points on most purchases of products and services for your pet at Angel Animal Hospital.
  3. You must be 18 years or older to join the AAH Rewards for Loyalty Club.
  4. In order to receive Club points for purchases after initial enrollment, Client must present AAH Rewards Card at checkout the day of purchase. 
  5. Club points will not be retroactively applied for past purchases if Card was not presented at checkout.
  6. Pet must be a current patient of Angel Animal Hospital for purchases to earn Club points.
  7. Club points can be redeemed on future purchases of healthcare needs for your pet.
  8. Each Club point is redeemed for $0.01 toward purchases.
  9. Minimum purchase of $25 required to redeem Club points.
  10. Client account must in good standing and paid in full to earn Club points on purchases or redeem Club points toward purchases.
  11. There is no maximum on Club points you can earn.
  12. Club points do not expire on active accounts in good standing during the life of the Loyalty Club program. (Good Standing = Club points were either earned or redeemed in the last 9 months and Client account with AAH is paid in full).
  13. Club points are earned on purchases and deducted on returns.
  14. Update of Club points earned on paid balances may take 7-10 days to appear on Rewards Card account number.
  15. Angel Animal hospital determines which purchases are eligible for Club points and all decisions are final.
  16. Club points are not earned when client redeems gift cards, gift certificates, Loyalty Club points, rebates, coupons, or in conjunction with other discounts, promotions or savings programs.
  17. Clients may be a member of the AAH Rewards for Loyalty Club program or purchase a Patient Benefit Membership for their pet but not both.
  18. Club points cannot be redeemed for cash.
  19. If AAH Rewards Card is lost Client must re-enroll in the AAH Rewards for Loyalty Club to continue to earn Club points.  A new Rewards Card will be issued however, previously accumulated Club points will not be transferred to new account. 
  20. Clients can check their Club point balances by entering their AAH Rewards Card account number at   www.rewardforloyalty.com/cardaccess.
  21. Angel Animal Hospital employees, their spouses or other immediate family members are not eligible for Club Rewards, nor are any other entities which receive a discount or incentive from AAH.
  22. The AAH Rewards for Loyalty Club program will be reviewed frequently, and changes to the program may occur. AAH reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time and without notice.
  23. Angel Animal Hospital will contact you by one or more of the methods you provide on your enrollement form from time to time about promotions related to the AAH Rewards for Loyalty Club.
  24. Signing the AAH Rewards for Loyalty Club program enrollment form and using an AAH Rewards Card constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions of the program.
