Just to let everyone know we will not be seeing patients on Thursday and Friday, October 3rd and 4th as we close the current facility and transfer our operations to the new hospital. Our staff will still be answering phone calls, texts, and email messages during normal business hours on those days, but we will not be able to see patients, fill prescriptions, etc. Please ensure you have what you need before the 3rd. We plan to reopen on Monday, October 7th at 8:00 am at our new hospital located at 2760 S Kansas Expy.
We ask that you be patient with us during the move and transition to the new hospital. It will take a little time for everyone to get accustomed to a different workflow in the new space. We have hired several new employees to help us service you and our patients better. They are learning as quickly as they can.
Don’t forget, our Grand Opening is on Saturday, October 12th from 3:00 to 7:00 pm. We can’t wait to see you and your pet at our new hospital.
